The adidas Yeezy 500 “Soft Vision” is a fall 2019 release of the popular chunky sneaker by Kanye West. After a brief hiatus, adidas introduced a new round of Yeezy 500 releases beginning in the fall of 2019 that all continue the initial round’s affinity for earth-toned palettes. The “Soft Vision” is a tonal pastel pink that subtly catches attention and shows off the chunky retro-looking silhouette’s many distinct overlays of the leather, mesh, and suede construction. The midsole once again features adidas’s adiPRENE cushioning in the vintage Feet You Wear design.
Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped. We use shipping couriers including DHL, FedEx and An Post, depending on your location to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
RETURN AND REFUNDS
You can return items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:
Items must be in original condition with all tags.
Sneakers must include the original box and outer box with all tags.
Sale or discounted items receive store credit only.
Return Process:
Fill out the Return Form.
Attach the label and drop off at courier.
Include your order number and reason.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 working days after inspection.
Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
