DELIVERY

You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped. We use shipping carriers including DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, and An Post, depending on your location to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

RETURN AND REFUNDS

You can return items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:

• Items must be in original condition with all tags.
• Sneakers must include the original box and outer box.
• Sale or discounted items receive store credit only.

 

Return Process:

• Fill out the Return Form.
• Attach the label and drop off at DHL.
• Include your order number and reason.

Refunds:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 working days after inspection.

Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
