DELIVERY

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING FROM €300 (Registered & Tracked).

Once we have accepted your order, it takes 2-3 business days to process your order. Over the next few days, delivery takes up to 3-10 working days. 

We will keep you updated on your parcel throughout the entire delivery process via email. You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped. We use shipping couriers including DHL, FedEx and An Post, depending on your location to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

*Please note, goods are only shipped Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays. Shipping times begin when you receive the shipping confirmation email.

*Please note that once your order is confirmed, we are unable to amend the delivery address or method, or any details within your order, such as product, number of products, size, colour.

We cannot deliver to certain addresses such as student/campus accommodation, hotels, restaurants, stores, or forwarding addresses.

If you are not home to receive the delivery when the delivery is attempted the first time, our courier will leave a PS Form, This form notifies you that your parcel is being held for you at the Post Office and shows how you can arrange a Redelivery or collect your item. Fail to do so, the item will return back to our warehouse. If the parcel becomes RTS, please kindly reach out to our customer support. Our courier will leave a PS Form if they've delivered your parcel to your nearby neighbour.

• If you refuse a shipment from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the courier cost.

*Please note, these fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, even if you return your order.

RETURN AND REFUNDS

You can return items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:

• Items must be in original condition with all tags.
• Sneakers must include the original box and outer box with all tags.
• Sale or discounted items receive store credit only.

 

Return Process:

• Fill out the Return Form.
• Attach the label and drop off at courier.
• Include your order number and reason.

 

Refunds:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 working days after inspection.

Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
