The Air Jordan 4 Retro 'Zen Master' features a unique design that pays tribute to Phil Jackson, the Chicago Bulls head coach who helmed the team’s six championship runs with Michael Jordan during the ‘90s. The classic silhouette makes use of a textile upper in a swirling mix of pink, purple and blue — a tie dye-like effect that nods to Jackson’s ‘Zen Master’ persona. A black woven tongue features Flight branding and a scarlet Jumpman icon, while a translucent TPU heel tab displays a raised Jumpman logo in black. Lightweight cushioning arrives via a polyurethane midsole with a visible Air-sole unit in the heel.
Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped. We use shipping couriers including DHL, FedEx and An Post, depending on your location to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
RETURN AND REFUNDS
You can return items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:
Items must be in original condition with all tags.
Sneakers must include the original box and outer box with all tags.
Sale or discounted items receive store credit only.
Return Process:
Fill out the Return Form.
Attach the label and drop off at courier.
Include your order number and reason.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 working days after inspection.
Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
